I hate it when people send me emails with a ton of abbreviated words. Especially when it is at work. We are not texting or emailing privately, you are using corporate email that often has to be forwarded if you are seeking or needing to give info. Not everyone realizes this. Sometimes seemingly smart people send company emails that look like they were written by a junior high school girl.

So my coworker forwards an email to my home email address after she realizes I was not still at the office when she sent it. Her ginormous misconception here is thinking I would have anything to do with work issues at home on the weekend. The company gets my soul during office hours only. I need the weekend to try to piece it back together in time for Monday.

I'm all for condensing words while texting or even very short 1 prgrph emails. But after reading this email, I literally CRAFT about it. WTF??? Just B/C U want 2 B cute in email doesn't mean I want 2 read it. Rly, FCOL. IMHO, you should be more professional @ work. K? O BTW, if U could take this suggestion 2 heart, I would B SHICPMP.
