FDA Report: "Bagged spinach may be contaminated with e-coli." Stay away from spinach? Can do. It will be hard but I guess I will instead just have to eat more yummy brussel sprouts.

FYI: The fried macaroni and cheese appetizer at TGI Friday's is pretty good. Heck, with mac/cheese, batter, and deep frying, how can it not be good?

DOH!-nut: Police say a deli worker in a San Diego grocery store put pins in the doughnuts and someone bit into one. Yikes!! How much would it suck to bite into a doughnut and have sharp pins jam into your gums, jaw, and roof of your mouth?
