First day out, 4 miles. I'm happy with that. I love the trail and it was a great day, sunny low 80's and I had my iPod turned up. I had forgotten how much it gets the heart rate up. Well' see if I'm sore when I wake up tomorrow. After a few more skates I may check out the Three Rivers In-line Skate Club. I often see the group at various points around the city and they seem to be enjoying themselves. They also have a couple weelkly skates at the trail I was on today. Now I just need a camera to take along so I can snap some pics.
