Rambling
The day just dragged by today. Last night I met up with a few coworkers for happy hour at Fanatics after work. Contrary to its name, happy hour can actually run until midnight. Fun times, but it makes for a slow start the next morning. And I have to work tomorrow -- ugh
My trainee is working out well, she is pretty eager and wants to learn. I have to slow her down sometimes when I am going over things with her as she tends to get ahead of herself but I would rather have to do that then get someone who gets a blank stare when you try to teach. I work with someone like that so I don't need another one. But not for too much longer. My bosses are talking more and more about my transfer and even spoke of a little raise that will come with it so I really want that to happen sooner rather than later.
I hope the weather turns nice for the weekend. I have been kind of lazy this week and need to get out and get some fresh air and move around. I want to get out and take some pictures but my camera seems to be dying little by little. I may ask to borrow one for a day or two. I will have to fit somewhere on my purchase list.
