Oxygen please
Went running today in Frick Park. I figure I ran at least three miles which is really good for me. Especially when you consider that you can't go more than 100 feet without going up a hill. So three miles up and down the hilly trails is a good feat. I do need some new shoes for those unpaved trails (I'll add those to my growing list) but it is fun terrain. So I'm happy with myself for my first outing and may be a bit sore later, but that goes away with regular workouts.
Now if I could only make myself get up early in the morning and do this before work.
