There are changes coming at my work; organizational and title changes along with re-assignment of duties. The skepticism here among employees is not too bad. I am a bit more skeptical than others because I know that my company does not institute change well. It is usually a scenario where things get rolled out and fixed later rather than thoroughly thought out in the beginning. This has, in the past, caused low morale and people feeling like they were left hanging in the lurch while figuring out where they fit in. good employees have left the company because of this. I think that since Pennsylvania is a smaller region, the changes will come with less impact. I am also optimistic that they will be for the better. I personally have been told that I will like the changes. Once again I will be optimistic and have a positive attitude, may as well go into it expecting the best because attitudes can effect outcomes.
